Did you know you can contact the IT Help Desk using various contact methods to suit your preferences?
As well as being able to contact us using traditional contact methods such as email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (0116 2225322), we also have a customer portal where you can create and manage support requests and an instant messaging system built into our website.
To access the portal click on ‘Client Area’ at the top of any page within our website. Under the ‘Portal Log In’ section enter your username and password. If you do not already have a username and password to access the portal please call or email the Help Desk. If you would like a guided walk through on how to use the portal please contact the help desk and a brief training session will be arranged, a ‘how to’ guide can also be downloaded from
You can also contact us using our web based chat system, this is also accessed from the ‘Client Area’ under the ‘Support Live Chat’ section. Simply click on the ‘Live Chat’ button to establish a support chat with our Help Desk and a technician will talk you through resolving your issue or escalate to an engineer for further fault finding and resolution.
