“We were setting up two businesses, Top Gear (Nottingham) Limited and Xquisite Automotive (Nottingham) Limited along with another company we operate. Specialising in alloy wheels, exhausts, in car entertainment, car modifications and paintwork. We needed a computer and telephone system that was second to none, and that we could use as the backbone to all the businesses.
We moved into new premises in Daybrook, which was 14,500 sq ft, and we were considering sorting the computer network out ourselves. After looking into it, it was going to be a mammoth task, and time wasn’t’t something we had the luxury of.
We contacted Infinity ITC, who offered us everything we seemed to require. We arranged a meeting at Infinity’s head office in Leicester. They had an answer to every question we had, nothing seemed impossible, they even provided lunch!
We struck a deal, and shortly afterwards a project manager got in touch to discuss the installation details. The system is now installed, and we have approximately 10 computers on the network all linked into our server, and a telephone system that we can communicate with any future stores anywhere else in the country free of charge. It is future proof, anything we add at a later date can all be linked in to the central server, giving us access to any information we require, wherever we are.
The stress was taken away, and we could leave Infinity to get everything sorted. Our project manager even arranged everything with BT for us. This left myself and my team to get stuck into other things. We were kept informed of what was going on every step of the way, and we’ve got a great relationship with all at Infinity now, which is great for us going forward.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to do anything similar, or even on a smaller or larger scale. They seem to be able to offer a package that suits everyone’s requirements.”
