Auto Attendant - is a simple call answering service that helps you control how inbound calls are answered and how they are routed to the most appropriate department or service. This can also help automate time consuming activities such as student attendance, bulletins and special events that are happening at the school.
Voice Recording - allows for all or selected in-coming and outgoing calls to be recorded and archived for reference reasons. Each call is then time and date stamped and can be recalled should it be needed in the future. This facility can also warn incoming callers that calls maybe recorded and therefore can help maybe defuse certain situations before they happen.
DECT - Digitally enhanced cordless technology devices can be used to communicate no matter where you are located around the school. With the aid of the range of Office DECT cordless handsets, you can enjoy the benefits of mobile communications while roaming around the school, this means no more missed calls or piles of messages when you get back to your desk.
Voicemail - provides a fully featured virtual answering service, it will answer your call, play a pre-recorded announcement and then record a message for retrieval at your convenience. Notification of new messages can be by emailed or you can retrieve them remotely from any touch tone telephone.
IP Telephony - A converged IP network offers several advantages over a traditional telephony network, including the ability to support sophisticated applications, extend network services to remote workers cost effectively and simplify staff moves and changes. It also means that I.T and telephony services can use the same network, resulting in reduced management and maintenance costs.
