Our primary solution includes providing round the clock remote monitoring of your IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, network and printers. With unlimited telephone and remote support we can resolve the majority of issues that arise without an engineer attending site, reducing downtime and saving you time and inconvenience. For more complex issues one of our team will visit your premise to resolve your problem quickly and efficiently.

We offer a help desk staffed by qualified and experienced technicians ready to assist you and resolve any issues you have as well as providing advice and how-to information for common IT questions. Our helpdesk operates from 9.00am till 5.30pm to cover most business operating hours however if out of hours support is required we offer a service operated by technicians who can diagnose and resolve issues rather than a call answering and logging service provided by many of our competitors.

Our helpdesk team will also handle any support calls for third party providers on your behalf when issues arise with accounts packages, bespoke applications and data connectivity etc.

All of our support contracts come with a guaranteed service level agreement, depending on the nature of the issue we will respond within eight hours of the issue being raised with the majority of issues responded to immediately or within the hour.
